This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy applies to eligible BIS Hallmarked gold jewellery, silver jewellery, diamond jewellery, and gemstone jewellery purchased from Swarnam Jewellers in Pune. We aim to provide a fair, simple, and hassle-free process for returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining the quality, authenticity, and value of our jewellery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting any return, exchange, or refund request.

1. Returns

 We accept returns on jewellery within 8 days of purchase, provided the item is:

• In original condition, unworn and undamaged.

• With all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

Due to the personal and high-value nature of jewellery, items that have been worn, resized, or customized cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of the same value or within a price adjustment, subject to availability. Customers can exchange for:

• A different size (if applicable).

• A different design or style.

Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Please allow 3 - 4  days for processing.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

All eligible returns and exchanges are applicable only to jewellery purchased from Swarnam Jewellers with original BIS Hallmark, HUID details, invoice, certificates, and packaging.
